Instead we prefer to work with the people involved in the Partnership. Coaching and personal development is an intrinsic part of our approach, not just an optional add on.

We work through the scoping, planning, delivery and evaluation phase with organisations, providing support, guidance and sometimes mediation to aid collaborative working.

Spandrel has worked extensively within UK Central Government Agencies and it is this experience that has enabled us to develop an in depth understanding of public sector issues and challenges allowing a practical, flexible and 'real world' approach.
